We offer a choice of comfortable 1-bedroom apartments or a 2/3-bedroom villa.

One-Bedroom Apartments You can choose from two one-bedroom apartments, both of which are fully furnished with air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, dining and patio overlooking a garden setting. Villa

For larger parties, we recommend the two/three bedroom villa also located in Hibiscus Avenue in Sunset Crest.

The property is completely fenced and is fully landscaped. The front deck overlooks the swimming pool and the back deck is off the kitchen and overlooks the tennis club and a slight view of the sea. The villa is conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from the beach, beach club, shops, and banks.

There are two well-appointed bedrooms each with its own bathroom ensuite.

The den can be used as a third bedroom as it has a futon and can be closed off with doors for privacy. If you prefer, a single bed can also be put in.
There is also a third bathroom.

The bedrooms and the entire villa has ceiling fans and air conditioning. Bath towels and bedware are provided.

The well-appointed kitchen has granite countertops and a movable island which can be wheeled outside if needed. There is a large 2 door side by side fridge where the water and ice can be retrieved from the outside. Amenities include dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, cooker, washing machine and dryer.  It is fully self catering so it has all necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.

A flat screen TV with cable is located in the living area. 

For your convenience the automatic gate can be opened from the inside of the house.
