All
Rates are daily and are inclusive of all service charge & Government
Value Added Tax.
All
rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Rates include: Waterskiing, Sunfish sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling,
use of the air conditioned gym and day and night tennis.
All accommodations are suites.
MAP:
Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner, as well as exchange dining facilities.
BP: Room plus full American Breakfast.
MAP supplement (for guests on BP) US$82 per person per day.
A
minimum stay of 14 nights will apply Between December 19 and January
5.
No Minimum stay applies throughout the rest of the year.
Children
under the age of 12 are not allowed from January 6th - March 17th,
2008
and from January 6th - March 27th, 2009.
Black
tie is optional for Dinner on Chrsitmas Night and New Year's Eve. However,
the dress code throughout the rest of the year is elegantly casual.
Deposit
Policy:
During the Summer, all reservations will be confirmed upon receipt
of a one (1) night deposit. During the Winter season we require a deposit
of seven (7) nights room rate. This may be placed on a VISA or Mastercard
if you care to provide us with the number, name as it appears on the card
and the expiry date.
Cancellation
Policy:
We recommend
that our guests take out insurance against the possibilities of cancellation
fees, which are as follows:
Winter: "No Shows" and cancellation within thirty (30)
days of arrival, a charge of seven nights room rate will be imposed. In
the case of early checkouts, the seven night deposit is applied to any
cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
Summer: "No Shows" and cancellation within fourteen
(14) days of arrival, a charge of one (1) night deposit is
applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
For both Winter and Summer, if accommodation is re-let for the full period
of the bookings, there will be no cancellation charge.
NB:
Please remember that it is a requirement for all US and Canada citizens
to have a valid passport for travel to Barbados! |
